Upper Peninsula Power Company Garage, Cold Storage, and Headquarter Facility
Moyle Construction was awarded this project as the low bidder. The new UPPCO HQ Facility consists of a 2-story masonry office building with an attached steel building garage the size of a football field to serve as their truck storage and warehouse. This project also featured a steel cold storage building for housing UPPCOs equipment.
State Savings Bank – Manistique
Moyle Construction was contracted to renovate the State Saving Bank in Manistique, Mi. This project was completed in two phases to keep the bank operational during construction. The renovations included a new lobby, new teller stations, new offices, and new drive thru lanes with a newly constructed drive thru canopy.
